Access Community Health Network addresses the needs of the deaf and hard of hearing by offering health center visits with sign language interpretation. Interpretation is provided by qualified interpreters fluent in American Sign Language.

Medicaid, Medicaid HMO, Medicare and most major health plans are accepted to cover the costs of medical care. All uninsured pregnant women are eligible for All Kids--Moms and Babies to cover the costs of their prenatal and post-pardum care. A sliding fee scale based on ability to pay is available for uninsured patients. Case management services are provided at no charge.
For appointments requiring sign language interpretation, please allow two weeks notice.
