Nancy Gamarra-Flores, MD

Dr. Gamarra received her medical degree in Peru and completed her residency and fellowship at Chicago Medical School. Her passions include helping patients to fight diabetes and obesity, and improving women’s health. She believes that the best part of being a physician is “helping people understand what they have and helping them achieve the best health." To relax, Dr. Gamarra goes to the gym to exercise. She enjoys salsa dancing and horseback riding.

La Dra. Gamarra obtuvo su título de médica en Perú y terminó su residencia y su investigación en Chicago Medical School. Sus pasiones incluyen el ayudar a los pacientes a luchar contra la diabetes y la obesidad y en mejorar la salud de las mujeres. Considera que la mejor parte de ser médico es “ayudar a las personas a entender qué tienen y ayudarles a mejorar su salud”. Para relajarse, la Dra. Gamarra va al gimnasio a hacer ejercicio. Le gusta bailar salsa y andar a caballo.
