Steven Glass has a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He became the Chief Information Officer in 2004 after previously serving as the Vice President of External Affairs at Access Community Health Network. He added the additional title of Process Improvement Officer in 2006. Prior to joining ACCESS, he served as a Practice Director at Triad Health Practice of Illinois Masonic Medical Center and as Supervisor, HIV Counseling, Testing, Referral & Partner Notification at the Cook County Department of Public Health.
