Dr. Kang received his medical degree from Seoul, Korea, and completed residencies in general and vascular surgery in Korea, and in general surgery and obstetrics and gynecology at Cook County Hospital. Before joining ACCESS, Dr. Kang was an attending physician at Cook County Hospital and became Director and Acting Chairman of Oncology. With an extremely busy schedule as an obstetrician/gynecologist, Dr. Kang rarely finds a moment to relax ,but when he does, he can be found happily settling down to a bowl of rice and kimchi to end his day. Dr. Kang is fluent in English and Korean, and is fairly fluent in Spanish.
El Dr. Kang recibió su diploma médico de Seoul, Korea y completó sus residencias de Cirugía vascular y General en Korea, así como Cirugía General, Obstetricia y Ginecología en el Cook County Hospital de Chicago. Antes de formar parte del equipo de Access, el Dr. Kang ejerció como médico del Cook County Hospital y después como Director de Oncología. El Dr. Kang es un hombre extremadamente ocupado como obstetra y ginecólogo y raramente disfruta de un momento de descanso pero cuando lo tiene se siente feliz frente a un tazón de arroz y kimchi. El Dr. Kang habla inglés y coreano con fluidez y se defiende bastante bien en español.
