ACCESS Partners with Cook County on New Medicaid Program For Adults

Are you uninsured and live in Cook County? ACCESS now proudly accepts CountyCare, Cook County’s new Medicaid program for adults. ACCESS is committed to providing quality health care to everyone and is excited to partner with Cook County Health & Hospitals System on this important initiative to provide health care coverage to many uninsured Cook County residents. New Applicant Tracking System

We are excited to announce that Access Community Health Network will launch a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) on February 21st at 7:00 a.m. CST. If you created a resume before February 21st, please be aware that you will need to create a new account to submit your resume. Although your resume information from the previous system will remain on file, it will not be transferred to the new applicant tracking system.

National Kidney Foundation of Illinois Honors Access for Community Commitment

Access Community Health Network is pleased to be awarded the Gift of Life Award by the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois (NKFI) for our work in conjunction with the KidneyMobile® to provide free kidney disease screenings for at-risk communities.

Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois honors ACCESS in eight vital areas

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois has recently awarded Access Community Health Network (ACCESS) the highest rating for colorectal cancer screening. Along with this latest milestone in colorectal cancer screening, ACCESS had previously earned seven additional Blue Stars in vital areas that gravely affect community members.
