Access Community Health Network is committed to keeping our patients and communities healthy by offering a wide variety of programs and services for the whole family. ACCESS services are comprehensive, affordable and tailored to meet the specific health needs of the individuals, families and communities we serve.

Each ACCESS health center offers full primary care health services from general check-ups to chronic disease management to health education. Many health centers also offer additional services including special programs, case management and on-site specialty care.

Services provided at the ACCESS Located at Holy Cross health center are in accordance with Catholic teaching as noted in the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Healthcare Services.
