Family Medicine
Dr. Walker received her medical degree from the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science/Chicago Medical School and is board eligible in family practice. She has special interests in women’s health, adolescent medicine and providing care for patients with HIV. “I see being a doctor as my calling,” she says. “It is important to me that I can affect people’s lives in a positive way.” Dr. Walker grew up on the South Side of Chicago and loves spending time at home with her family there. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, photography, movies, and riding roller coasters.
Dr. Walker recibió su diploma médico en Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science/Chicago Medical School y es elegible para tomar el Board de Medicina familiar. La doctora Walker tiene especial interés en la salud de las mujeres, medicina de los adolescentes y promover cuidados a los pacientes que sufren de VIH. "Yo veo mi misión como médico como un llamado especial; es muy importante para mí que yo pueda influenciar las vidas de mis pacientes en una forma positiva.” Dr. Walker creció en el Sur de Chicago y disfruta pasando tiempo en su casa con su familia. En su tiempo libre también disfruta leer libros, tomar fotografías, ir al cine y montar montañas rusas.
